XPT gets additional BP Marsh funding for Cal acquisition
XPT Group has completed the acquisition of Cal Inspection Bureau with additional debt financing from backer BP Marsh as the US specialty insurance distribution platform continues on an expansive path that took it past $500mn of gross written premiums last year.
