WIA-owned Novatae acquires MGA and wholesaler MarketScout

The new wholesale arm launched by World Insurance Associates (WIA) has acquired Dallas-based MGA and wholesale broker MarketScout, in a deal that will see Richard Kerr lead the Novatae platform.
