Plexus opens Memphis office with Cheston and Ruffin hires

The Plexus Groupe, a top 100 US insurance brokerage and advisory firm, has announced the opening of a new office in East Memphis, Tennessee, with the hires of Cary Cheston and Jeff Ruffin.
