Plenum warns Typhoon Noru will likely cause World Bank cat bond default

Zurich-based investment manager Plenum has warned there is a “high probability” that the fallout from Typhoon Noru will cause a default on a catastrophe bond issued by the World Bank on behalf of the Philippines.
