NSM acquires JC Flowers medical stop loss/managed care MGUs

Carlyle-owned MGA platform NSM Insurance Group has entered the medical stop loss and managed care space with the acquisition of Sequoia Reinsurance Services, IOA Re, Rockport Benefits, and Insurance Resources and Auditing Services from private investment firm JC Flowers.
