Gallagher: Cyber seeing “continued strain on capacity”

The US cyber market continues to remain hard but some slight decreases are being seen in rare cases, Gallagher has noted in a market update, with the broker also reporting that some carriers may now impose sublimits as low as 10 percent for systemic losses.
