Former Accredited exec Rastiello sues R&Q and Spiegel over unpaid bonus

Pat Rastiello has filed a lawsuit against R&Q entities, the Accredited US carrier subsidiaries he previously led as CEO, and individuals including R&Q CEO William Spiegel alleging an unpaid 2023 bonus payment which he claims he is contractually owed.
