Ex-GuideOne programs head Cullen joins Ryan Specialty in RSUM role

GuideOne’s former head of programs Rick Cullen has joined publicly held wholesale intermediary Ryan Specialty, where he is expected to work within its underwriting management business as well as on programs housed within RT Specialty.
