Core Specialty launches fronting division with hire of Ambac’s Snyder

Core Specialty Insurance Holdings has formed a fronting division that will be led by former Ambac executive Scott Snyder, with the company looking to expand in casualty to build on its growth in the property fronting space over the past year.
