Ambac targets $700mn of premium production in ‘24 after 140% Q3 increase

Ambac’s Everspan specialty P&C insurance operation increased gross premiums to $77mn in Q3 and produced its first quarterly pre-tax profit while the Cirrata insurance distribution operation placed $62mn of premiums, with the two operations now targeting combined premium production in 2024 of over $700mn.
