Ambac, Amwins and K2 in narrowed-down Breckenridge process
The Waller Helms-run sale process for WR Berkley’s $200mn-plus premium MGA platform Breckenridge Group has been narrowed down with Ambac Financial Group and Amwins still in the running and K2 having been another interested party, The Insurer can reveal.
