Ambac’s Xchange Benefits launches A&H reinsurance MGU supported by C&F

Ambac-owned Xchange Benefits has launched a reinsurance MGU called Xchange Re Underwriting Agency, which will offer global lead market capacity for accident and health (A&H) reinsurance programs on behalf of a Crum & Forster subsidiary.
